Are you obliged to provide data?

In order to carry out the order you have requested (e.g.: ordering vouchers, ordering information material) and to be able to fulfil the resulting contract or the pre-contractual measures, your personal data is required. If you do not wish to provide us with the data, we will unfortunately not be able to carry out the order.

In any case, you are not obliged to give your consent to the processing of data that is not relevant for the performance of the contract (e.g. when participating in a competition, you do not have to give your consent to receive the newsletter (your consent is optional)).

For the purpose of optimal customer service and customer information, we store the areas of interest selected by you as rated interests, provided these are indicated or selected by you. The disclosure of areas of interest is voluntary and can be changed or deleted by the recipient of the newsletter at any time and free of charge. We use the areas of interest you disclose to automatically notify you by individualised newsletter.

You can object to the use of your personal data in this use at any time and without giving reasons. The objection has the effect that we will no longer process your personal data for the purpose of individualised newsletter advertising in the future.
