Haflingers keep riders up to speed
Annaberg is a center year-round for riders, beginners and accomplished equestrians
From a day-long horseback ride or riding lessons to a training session at the indoor riding arena in Joachimsberg or a simple carriage ride – the chestnut Haflingers are all set to go.
Haflingers have been bred in Annaberg for 80 years at the equestrian centers and farms that offer horseback riding and lessons for all age groups. Accomplished horseback riders can explore the great outdoors on well-signed riding trails.
Schaglhof
Reiterhof Pfeffer-Schagl is an equestrian center offering a full program for novices and experts – from jumping to dressage, from riding in the hall to riding in the backcountry. Moreover, every summer this equestrian center puts on horseback riding camps for kids.
Bodenhof
Bodenhof in Wienerbruck is the first and only equestrian center and farm for kids in Lower Austria. It has seven Haflingers for lessons and rides.
