Voucher booking system

To process the order of vouchers, our order processor ecoplus Alpin GmbH uses the system of the company INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG (Leonfeldner Strasse 328, A-4040 Linz) as a subcontractor. It enables the automated sale of vouchers by means of "print@home" as well as the individual personalisation of vouchers with barcodes.

The following information is required for the processing of orders: Salutation, first and last name, address, e-mail address and in some cases telephone number.

The processing is carried out for the purpose of providing contractual services or for the fulfilment of pre-contractual services on the basis of the legal grounds of Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO (order of vouchers) and Art. 6 (1) lit. c DSGVO (legally required retention periods of accounting documents).

The use of corresponding software is based on the legal basis of our legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest lies in a quick, non-local possibility to provide you with vouchers.

You are not obliged to enter your personal data. The only consequence of not entering your data is that your order for vouchers in the online shop cannot be processed.

Our order processor ecoplus Alpin GmbH has concluded a corresponding agreement with the company INCERT in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO as order processor, which ensures that your data is processed exclusively within the scope of our order.
