*Basic requirements for zipline flight
The basic requirements must be fulfilled by each individual passenger. Tandem flights are not possible.

- Children: 6 - 15.99 years, minimum age for Zipline: 8 years.
- Infants, 5 years and younger free when accompanied by a paying adult
- Annaberg tickets also include 1 ride on the magic carpet (return transport to the parking space)
- Tip for zipliners: backpacks can be sent down to the valley on the chairlift.
- We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes. We ask that the following provisions be observed:
- If the dog can be transported on the lap of the dog owner, the lift ride is FREE.
- If the dog needs its own seat due to its size, the price of the dog ticket is € 6,00
- Dogs that are carried as assistance dogs do not require a lift ticket and are therefore transported FREE OF CHARGE.
- For safety reasons, a muzzle must be worn on the lift (as in any means of public transport).
- In general, dogs must be kept on a leash at the lift and while hiking.
- Liability for accidents lies with the dog owner.
- We ask you to use your own doggie bags and to dispose of them in the waste garbage cans.
- Minimum height 120 cm - maximum height 210 cm
- Minimum age 8 years
- Children under 15.99 years only with declaration of consent of parent or legal guardian
- Minimum weight 30 kg - maximum weight 125 kg (incl. clothing)
- Health suitability
- Suitable clothing (sturdy shoes, no loose clothing)
- Personal details (height, age, weight) must be provided
- User rules and safety regulations must be observed
- Book online and save 10%.
- for families: with purchase of min. 1 adult and 1 child ticket
- Groups of 20 or more (per 20 tickets, 1 ticket for free)
- 50% reduction for persons from 50% disability (ID required) - applies only the chairlift ride
